Let just say that this was a much needed weekend getaway. Pete's parents were kind enough to let us come stay with them for the weekend and even offered to watch our kids while we enjoyed a date night in Vegas. It was one of my most favorite dates I have had with Pete while being married. Everything was perfect about it. We spent the whole drive there and back just talking about everything. He even agreed to play The Questions game. Which was one of my all time favorite games to play before we were married. The rest of the night was history while we enjoyed exploring the city. Thanks Jan and Dale for watching out kids and spending the rest of the weekend with us.
