Day two we ported in Salerno Italy which was of course beautiful. We took a bus into the city and then went by foot from there. I feel in love with their "streets". In the states we would call them alleyways, everyone would sit out by their shops. The buildings were so close with every ones laundry hanging on their balconies. After checking out one of their churches Pete & my dad spotted a castle on top of a HUGE hill and wanted to hike up to it. Well after making it not even half way we decided to turn around after we were high enough to get a view of the ocean. As you can tell it was beautiful!
That night was formal night so we hurried back to the ship to get all dressed up!
