Birthday Weekend

Well I am officially 22, not too excited because 22 doesn't really seem like an exciting age, However I had such a great birthday! Can I just say I have the best husband, friends, family in the world!! My day started out great. Pete surprised me with my favorite breakfast from McDonald's! Yes, I love McDonald's breakfast! After that I had to hurry and get ready for work. Pete was so cute the whole morning doing anything and everything to make my morning great. When I got in my car there was a card with all my favorite treats! He knows me too well!

Once I got to work I had cards/gifts on my desk waiting for me!! I was too caught up in my birthday I didn't realize that my work had gotten robbed that night! The funny thing is, the only thing that got stolen was the only thing that our store had that I wanted for my birthday, a Ipod cable. Ya, someone brakes in and ONLY takes a stupid cable! Common people, just pay for the stupid thing! Anyway, my work knew that I was asking Pete for that so they were determined that Pete was the person the broke in so that he could get me just want I wanted for my birthday! We all had a great laugh about it. But come to find out it wasn't him cause I didn't get it!

During the day I got flowers delivered to my work from my Mom and Dad, They were beautiful! Thanks Mom and Dad!

To be honest I wasn't too excited about going to work on my birthday, but I am glad I did. My work made it such a great day and even bought me lunch!

After work I met Pete at his work and he took me to Dinner at the gateway (forgot what its called) on the way Pete was too excited and gave me one of my presents. MY NINTENDO that I have wanted for years now! I wanted a Nintendo and he wanted a super Nintendo so he ended up finding one that had both! I am so excited to get to play it!

After dinner he told me that we needed to go home so that I could change. I thought he was going to take me to a Hunted House cause I had been begging him to go all month. When we showed up at our house I turned on the lights AND TO MY SURPRISE all our friends where there! I was so shocked. NO WAY did I think Pete could keep secret. But he did so good! Thank you so much to everyone that came! We have such great friends!

Pete also gave me the 2nd season of Gossip Girls that I have been wanting since last summer, and a I pod arm band! Thanks babe, You made my birthday perfect! Love your guts!

Thanks Toss for helping Pete plan it, and inviting everyone! I am so grateful to have a best friend like you! Also Thanks for all the text, calls, and voice messages from everyone!

My birthday celebration wasn't over yet! My mother-in-law is such a great cook. And if its your birthday you get to choose what she cooks for that Sunday dinner. Oh have I been looking forward to this! However when it was my turn, my mind went blank, I love all her meals and couldn't think of my favorite. I need to start writing them down. I remember telling Pete "This is what I am choosing for my birthday dinner" but then I completely forgot. So this next year I will be prepared. I ended up picking grilled CHICKEN (yes to those who don't know, I AM A CHICKEN EATER!!!) and he cheesy potato's! It was great, after wards we decorated Halloween cookies and opened cards! Thanks everyone for the money and Gift cards! I can't wait to but something exciting!
